The VITAL VUE™ Light Source Module is a repairable item. Follow the directions on the limited warranty and send the VITAL VUE™ Light Source Module to our Kendall Watertown facility. Please contact customer service at 1-800-448-0190 where you can speak directly to a customer service rep and even a technician.
For those units that are under warranty they will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Out of warranty units will be charged $55 labor plus parts for repair.
